Free home delivery conditions
We offer free shipping on orders over €185,- in NL, BE and GER.
We offer free shipping on orders over €200,- in FR, DK, ES, IR, IT, and LUX.
We offer free shipping on orders over €250,- to all other countries.

Carriers
We ship NL & BE orders with DHL or DPD. EU orders are shipped with DHL or DPD. Orders outside the EU are usually shipped with DHL Express.

Return costs
We do not offer free returns, these costs are for the customer. In case you want a total refund and your order was made under free shipping conditions, and these no longer apply by cause of your return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Read more about returns here. 

Order fulfillment
We will provide you with tracking details when your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Please double check your address before placing your order. Once your order is placed it's immediately picked and packed by our warehouse. In case you made a mistake, e-mail us asap @ hello@theconfidantespirits.com.
