What are the return conditions?
- Within 14 days after the delivery date of your package, you can return the product if it's still sellable, meaning unworn and original tags attached, and you can request a refund or exchange the item.
- After 14 days the order is final. Starting from the day you have received your package.
- After your return or exchange notice by e-mail, you have 14 days to ship your returning package. After these 14 days we no longer refund your money, you will receive a store credit instead that you can use in our webshop.
- Items on sale are final. No exchanges and refunds. We want to make room for the new, please order mindful.
- Earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- In case you want a total refund and your order was made under free shipping conditions, and these no longer apply by cause of your return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How do I apply for a return?1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org (we speak Dutch & English), please write 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE' in the subject line together with your order number. Please tell us the reason for your return in the e-mail.
2. We will respond to your inquiry (exchange or refund), and after receiving acceptance of your exchange or refund by us, we will instruct you on how to return the item to us.
Please note: We ask you kindly to please send us the return package within 3 days after you have our approval of the return.
When will I receive my refund?
We will pay out your refund the moment we get a notification from our warehouse. It takes 1-3 days before your money is back on your account.
Do I have to pay for the return costs?
Yes, customers are responsible for return costs, also in case of exchanges.

How do I prepare my return package?
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable and marked with your name. In the event the package is not received by us or lost in transit, Confidante will not be liable if there is no tracking information. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we observe the right to deny refunds if the items returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
Please note that if you return your order it must be in accordance with our return shipping policy. This way we ensure that the product arrives at us in good order and we can take appropriate action.
