What are the return conditions? 

  • Within 14 days after the delivery date of your package, you can return the product if it's unworn, crease-free, and original tags attached.
  • After 14 days from the day you have received your package, the order is final.
  • After your return or exchange e-mail, you have 14 days to ship your returning package. After these 14 days we no longer refund money; you will receive a store credit instead. See below how to apply.
  • Items on sale are final. No exchanges and refunds. We want to make room for the new, please order mindful.
  • Earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
  • Our Porcelain Pendants collection can not be returned because all items are made-to-order.
  • In case you want a total refund and your order was made under free shipping conditions, and these no longer apply by cause of your return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How to apply for a return

  1. E-mail us at customerservice@theconfidantespirits.com (we speak Dutch & English), please write 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE' in the subject line together with your order number. Please tell us the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond to you, and after we accept your exchange or refund, we will instruct you on how to return.
  3. We ask you kindly to send us the return package within 3 days after you have received our approval (neatly folded and crease-free). 

When will I receive my refund?

Our warehouse can take up to 5 working days to process your return. The moment we get a notification from our warehouse, we refund your money. Money refunds take 1-2 working days. 

Do I have to pay for the return costs?

Yes, customers are responsible for return costs, also in case of exchanges.

How do I prepare my return package?

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable and marked with your name and order number. In the event the package is not received by us or lost in transit, Confidante will not be liable if there is no tracking information. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we observe the right to deny refunds if the items returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.

Please note that if you return your order it must be in accordance with our return shipping policy. This way we ensure that the product arrives at us in good order and we can take appropriate action.
