Products

With passion, The Confidante designs and produces all products on www.theconfidantespirits.com.

The products have been made in small batches of typically 100 pieces, existing of different colors and/or patterns. Dying and printing are handly made. Tailoring is done in small handcraft workshops at a fair price.

The Confidante hopes her designs will arouse your passion to buy, and more importantly, to wear them.

Although the confidante strives to display the correct texts, we trust that you read the sizing form, which helps you to choose the correct size before you purchase your item.

We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life, because this depends on the colour settings of your computer and/or monitor. Products differ from piece to piece because every item is hand dyed as part of a small batch.

Ordering

Please consider your orders carefully, choosing the right item and the size for you, because we want to keep our prices fair, and not burden the environment unnecessarily, by avoiding unnecessary return shipping.

The Agreement

If you place an order, you will get a confirmation email with the e-mail you registered with. We include and make all the information you need for the product available.

Liability

You are obliged to read and observe carefully the usage and warning instructions for the use of a product. We are not liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of the use of a product unless such damage is caused by lack of care. In any case, your right to compensation will be limited to the amount of the payment received for ordered products.

Governing Law

We will do our best to provide you with a beautiful and honest product. In a conflict, all purchases are subjected to the law of The Netherlands. In any disputes, conflicts shall be submitted to the district court in Amsterdam.
